Unbox Promptly
Remove your flowers from packaging as soon as possible. Trim the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in water.
Fresh Water
Use the flower food packet included with your order. Change the water every 2-3 days to keep your blooms fresh.

Our delivery team will attempt to reach you by phone. If we cannot make contact, we will leave the arrangement in a safe location if possible, or return it to our shop for pickup. We will notify you via email with next steps.
Yes, as long as the new address is within our delivery area and the order has not yet entered preparation. Contact us at hello@vellaflora.com or call (612) 555-0199 as soon as possible to update the address.
We deliver Monday through Saturday during regular hours (Mon–Sat: 8am – 7pm). Sunday deliveries are available during limited hours (Sun: 9am – 5pm). We offer delivery on most holidays — please order early as cutoff times may be adjusted.
