Orders & Delivery

Place your order before 2pm and we'll deliver your arrangement the same day anywhere in Minneapolis and surrounding areas. Same-day delivery is $12.99. You'll receive a confirmation with an estimated delivery window.

We currently deliver across Minneapolis and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact us and we'll let you know.

Yes! Shop pickup is always free. Place your order online and select 'Shop Pickup' at checkout. We'll have your arrangement ready and waiting.

Absolutely! Select 'Gift Direct' at checkout ($9.99) and enter the recipient's address. You can also add a personalized gift note with your message.

Once your order is placed, we'll send you a confirmation email. On delivery day, our team will reach out to coordinate the delivery window.

Customization

Yes! Every arrangement can include a custom ribbon with any message — 'Te Amo,' 'Happy Birthday,' 'Felicidades,' or anything your heart desires. Just add your message during checkout (up to 40 characters).

We offer Black, White, and Kraft wrap options. Select your preferred wrap color on the product page before adding to cart.

Our Custom Letter Roses feature baby's breath arranged into any letter or initial of your choice, set within 50+ premium red roses. Simply specify your letter at checkout and our florists will handcraft it for you.

Product & Care

With proper care, our arrangements last 7-10 days. Every order includes a care instructions card and flower food packet to help your blooms stay fresh and beautiful.

Yes — we photograph every arrangement exactly as you'll receive it. What you see is what you get. If your flowers don't arrive looking as pictured, we'll make it right.

Every arrangement comes gift-box ready with a care instructions card and flower food packet. Custom ribbons and gift notes are included at no extra charge when requested.

Returns & Policies

We stand behind every bouquet with our satisfaction guarantee. If your flowers don't arrive in perfect condition or don't match what was pictured, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right — either a replacement or full refund.

You can cancel or modify your order up until it enters preparation. For same-day orders, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an arrangement is being crafted, we're unable to make changes.

Yes. If there's an issue with quality or your order arrives damaged, we offer full refunds or replacements. Contact us at hello@vellaflora.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the arrangement.
